1. Name of Club
          The name of club is "New Seoul Membership (BNS, VNS, SNS).
		
2. Objective
          The objective of the club is to provide Members with all the facilities of New 
          Seoul Hotel to be used for a comfortable rest and social life. 

3. Membership qualifications
          VNS :Any celebrity or person who is regarded to have contributed to the
                   Best Western-New Seoul Hotel is entitled to have this type of 
                   membership. VNS will be given upon signing up for it. 
          BNS : Any of the representatives of client companies who has signed up for
                   a business agreement with the Best Western-New Seoul Hotel and 
                   created a turnover of over a certain amount is entitled to have this
                   membership. BNS will be given upon signing up for it. 
          SNS : An adult over age 19 who has applied for membership and paid the
                    fee is entitled to have this membership. 

4. Application
          If you want to sign up for the membership, you submit the following
          information to the Membership Desk and wait for an approval of Best
          Western-New Seoul Hotel. 
          1) Application form (of the club) 
          2)	One photograph in half-card size
          3) Credit card information for payment
		   
5. Membership Card
          1) Members will receive a membership card. A private code number will be 
              given to each for the sake of convenience.  
          2) If the cards are lost, member should notify the hotel immediately and get
                one re-issued. 
          3) Only members, and no other persons, are entitled to use membership
                cards. 
			
6. Application Fee and Payment
          1) Membership fee is 100,000 won per year. .
          2) Members are expected to pay the fee by cash or credit card. They can
              also transfer through the bank account
              at the end of every month if they sign up for an agreement to do so with the
              hotel. 
          3) Only the guestroom rates can be paid later at check out. Members should
              pay for other facilities directly. 
			   
7. Transfer of membership 
          The membership cannot be transferred to another person.  
		  
8. Termination of the membership
          1) When members die or decide to terminate the membership before
              expiration. 
          2) When members violate the regulations of the hotel.
          3) When members violate any of the orders regulations and infringe on the 
               privacy of other members. 
          4) When members make ill use of the membership card or transfer it to
              someone else. 
		   
9. Responsibility
          1) The hotel is not responsible for any loss of valuables that are not entrusted
              at the front desk or the loss due to the carelessness of the guests. 
          2) Any loss or damages rendered to the facilities due to members' failure
              shall be remedied and compensated accordingly. 
			  
10. Limitation on the use of facilities
          1) Best Western-New Seoul Hotel may close or limit the access to all or part 
              of the facilities of the hotel by 
              reason of natural disaster, repair work or enforcement of governmental 
              policies, preferably with prior notice. 
          2) The service is open for 24 hours all the year round. However some
              facilities of Best Western-New
              Seoul Hotel have business hours of their own respectively.    
			
11. Benefits of the membership
          1) Guestroom rates  
              Daytime rates: 60% off the guestroom rates of all kinds.
              One-night rates: 40% off the guestroom rates of all kinds.
          2) Sauna: 50% off the sauna rate, 10% off the sauna snack bar.
          3) 10% off the rates for Onix, Songjuk and room service.
          4) Parking: free
          			
12. Amendment
          The terms and conditions of the membership club are subject to amendment, 
           supplementation or abolishment if deemed necessary for proper operation 
           of the club. 
			
13. Entry into force
          The terms and conditions set forth here will become effective from the date 
           of establishment of the membership club.
