Seoul Tower, constructed from 1969 until 1975, is the first complex broadcasting tower in Korea. It is equipped with a TV and FM sending antenna, cable antenna, communication antenna, and internet sending antenna. It was first opened to the public in October 1980. 48% of the people in Korea benefit from its operations. Seoul Tower Observatory is an excellent tourist destination, where one can see how the city of Seoul has developed over last 600 years. In addition, one can also view the sea at the city of Incheon as well as Mt. Songaksan.
